Buster's Bookshelf has evolved. We are
relocating, from our small original store located in Union Station, Kansas
City, to become an online Ecommerce store focusing on children's books,
teacher and parent resources, gifts and party supplies. Plan to visit

Amusement Park. Later, she will attend a private function hosted by the
City of Kansas City and the Missouri Restaurant Association at the Liberty
Memorial, the only WWI Memorial in the U.S.
Shandi signed copies of her book The Furrtails at Buster's
Bookshelf between 2 PM and 3:30 PM.
Shandi attended a public reception in her
honor in the Muehlebach Old Lobby and Tearoom at the Downtown Marriott at
200 W. 12th St. Tickets weree $15. All
proceeds benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
In honor of that symbol of childhood, more than 100 Teddy Bear
sculptures marched through Kansas City. Sponsorship and auction proceeds benefited
Childrens Mercy Hospital as well as the
Toy
and Miniature Museum of Kansas City.
